Together we traveled to a Wonderous place, the Mexican state of Oaxaca to see the Agaves and Echeverias. We managed to find the little known and very seldom seen or photographed Agave species, Agave ellemeetiana growing high in the mountains at nearly 8,000 feet. A fantastic unspined beautiful Agave! We also found the icy blue Agave isthmensis growing near the sea at the Isthmus.
